If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Eligible products may be replaced as per our Replacement Policy (available on the Website).

We do not accept returns for reasons other than defect or error on our part.

6. Colours and Shade Variations

All OGIZM products are crafted using premium fabrics. Due to natural differences in fabric batches and dyeing processes, there may be a ±5% variation in the shade of black (or other colours) between different lots. Such variations are not considered defects and form part of the uniqueness of OGIZM apparel. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural differences.

All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software—is the property of OGIZM or its content suppliers. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
