Replacement Policy

At Ogizm, we strive to ensure you receive products in perfect condition. Below are our replacement guidelines:

Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • You received an incorrect item compared to what was ordered.

Conditions

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • An unboxing video is required as proof at the time of raising a replacement request.
  • Ogizm reserves the right to inspect the product and approve or reject the replacement request based on the evidence provided.

Process

  1. Contact us at contact@ogizm.com with your order number, issue details, and the unboxing video.
  2. Our team will verify the request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra cost.

Exceptions

  • No replacements are provided for size issues, personal preference, or normal wear and tear.
  • Customized and made-to-order items are not eligible for replacement unless damaged/defective on arrival.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • At Ogizm, we do not provide refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.
  • Only replacements are available, as outlined in this policy.
